Join us at Carpe Diem Wellness for Sound Healing & Nervous System Reset, an immersive in-person experience combining the restorative power of crystal singing bowls, somatic release practices, breathwork, and guided meditation. It's not a class. It's a recalibration.

What You'll Experience

This isn't a passive concert or a typical yoga class. Every element of the evening has been intentionally layered to guide your nervous system from a state of activation into deep, embodied rest.

Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath

Submerge in healing frequencies produced by handcrafted crystal bowls tuned to resonate with the body's energy centers. Sound therapy has been shown to reduce cortisol, lower heart rate, and create measurable shifts in brainwave activity — moving you from a high-alert beta state into the restorative theta and delta ranges.

Somatic Release Practices

Somatic healing works directly with the body, not around it. Gentle, guided movement exercises help you locate where tension lives in your muscles and tissues — and create the conditions for it to release naturally. No yoga experience is needed.

Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation

Breath is the most direct lever we have over the autonomic nervous system. You'll be guided through specific breathwork techniques designed to activate the parasympathetic "rest and digest" response — the physiological opposite of stress.

Guided Meditation & Inner Reconnection

A guided meditation woven throughout the evening will help you drop out of the analytical mind and reconnect with the quieter intelligence of your body. Many participants describe this as the deepest relaxation they've experienced in years.

This experience is facilitated by Amanda Garforth, Co-Director of Carpe Diem Wellness and a certified Reiki Master, sound healing facilitator, and somatic practitioner specializing in nervous system regulation. Amanda brings a unique blend of nursing background, energetic healing training, and lived expertise in trauma-informed, body-centered healing.
